Bedtime Support
S$300/night
I’ll stay on a video call with you until your baby falls asleep in their crib/bed. Available only if bedtime is before 8 PM.
At this stage, your little one is ready to build healthy, independent sleep skills. With gentle guidance and a customised plan, you’ll learn how to help your baby fall asleep and stay asleep—while feeling safe and secure.
This program provides a step-by-step routine and ongoing support so you can confidently navigate naps, night wakings, and every transition along the way.
Everything you’ll get as part of your sleep consulting program.
Every baby is unique. You’ll complete a short questionnaire on your child’s age, weight, and current sleep habits so I can understand their needs and design a plan tailored specifically for them.
A custom plan built around your baby’s temperament, with a daily routine that encourages longer stretches of sleep and gentle strategies to reduce reliance on sleep props, fostering independent sleep.
A 1.5-hour session via video call, where we walk through the plan together and review your baby’s sleep environment to ensure it’s safe, comfortable, and conducive to rest.
From the first night of implementing the Sleep Plan, I’ll monitor your baby’s sleep patterns and provide guidance to keep them on track. You’ll also have unlimited support via phone, email, and WhatsApp during working hours for three full weeks to troubleshoot any challenges along the way.
Receive practical tips for nap transitions, teething, illness, travel, jet lag, and other milestones so your child develops consistent, healthy sleep habits.
Within two months of completing the support period, you’re welcome to book a 30-minute call to review progress, ask questions, and fine-tune your baby’s sleep routine.
Here’s a step-by-step look at your sleep consulting journey.
Need a little extra support? These optional add-ons help you feel confident and supported as your baby learns healthy sleep habits.

Sleep training can feel challenging, and it’s normal to have doubts. Below are answers to the questions I hear most from parents considering infant sleep consulting. If your question isn’t listed, you can always book a free discovery call to chat directly.
The Sleep Sense™ program is a gentle, evidence-based method that teaches babies to fall asleep independently while keeping parents closely involved. I’ll work with you to create a plan that respects your baby’s age, temperament, and your family’s comfort level, so you stay present and responsive throughout the process.
No. Traditional “cry it out” methods involve leaving a baby alone until they fall asleep, which is not what we do. With the Sleep Sense™ approach you’ll offer comfort and reassurance while gradually helping your baby learn independent sleep skills.
Not at all. Your bond is built through the love and care you give every day. Teaching your baby to sleep well often strengthens your relationship — because you’re both more rested.
Crying is how babies express frustration with change, so some tears are normal. With the Sleep Sense™ approach, you’ll always respond in a way that’s loving and consistent. The goal isn’t to ignore your baby — it’s to guide them as they learn a new skill with your support.
Most babies are ready for gentle sleep training between 4 and 6 months. Before we begin, we’ll look at your baby’s development, temperament, and your family’s needs to make sure the timing feels right.
Yes. Night feeds can continue as needed, and we’ll create a plan that balances nutrition with teaching independent sleep skills.
Absolutely. Nap routines are part of the plan — consistency during the day supports better night sleep and overall rest.
Sleep training can succeed in shared rooms or while travelling. I’ll give you practical adjustments for your space, plus tips for hotels, jet lag, and maintaining routines on the go.
Every baby is unique, but many families notice significant improvements within about two weeks—sometimes sooner when the plan is followed consistently.
