Bedtime Support
S$300/night
I’ll stay on a video call with you until your baby falls asleep in their bed. Available only if bedtime is before 8 PM.
At this stage, your little one is ready to build healthy, independent sleep skills. With a personalised plan and ongoing guidance, you’ll help your baby fall and stay asleep, while confidently navigating naps, night wakings, and every transition along the way.

Most sleep consultants monitor your baby's progress and respond when you reach out. I do something more.
Every morning, I review your baby's full day and night from the day before, including all naps and overnight sleep, and proactively reach out to you with personalised feedback and any adjustments we need to make. Before you've had a chance to wonder what went wrong or what to try differently, I'm already on it.
You won't need to figure things out on your own or wait until something feels off. Throughout your entire program, I'm watching your baby's sleep closely every single day so we can respond quickly, stay on track, and keep moving forward together.
This daily proactive feedback is what sets BurrowLittles apart, and it's at the heart of what I offer.
This program is for you if:
Everything you’ll get as part of your Sleep Consulting program.
Every baby is unique. Before we begin, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire so I can understand your baby’s needs and create a plan tailored specifically to your family.
Based on your responses, I craft a fully customised sleep plan built around your baby, your parenting approach and your family's lifestyle. No generic templates or one-size-fits-all approach.
We walk through your sleep plan together in detail so you feel completely prepared and confident before your first night. We'll also review your baby's sleep environment and address any questions you have.
Starting something new always comes with questions. The day after your first night, I'll call to hear how it went, address anything on your mind, and make sure you feel supported and confident to keep going.
Every morning throughout your 3-week program, I review your baby's full sleep log from the previous day and night and proactively reach out with personalised feedback and any adjustments we need to make, so you’re never left wondering what to do next.
You'll have unlimited support via WhatsApp, email, and phone during working hours throughout your three full weeks to troubleshoot any challenges along the way.
You'll receive a go-to sleep resource to help keep your baby's sleep on track well after our program ends. It covers travel and jetlag, illness and teething, nap transitions, adjusting routines as your baby grows, and the transition from cot to bed.
At the end of three weeks, we’ll come together to review your baby’s progress, talk through any final questions and make sure you feel confident moving forward on your own.
Within two months of completing the program, you’re welcome to book a 30-minute call to review progress, ask questions and fine-tune your baby’s sleep routine.

Sleep training can feel challenging, and it’s normal to have doubts. Below are answers to the questions I hear most from parents considering infant sleep consulting. If your question isn’t listed, you can always book a free discovery call to chat directly.
The Sleep Sense™ program is a gentle, evidence-based method that teaches babies to fall asleep independently while keeping parents closely involved. I’ll work with you to create a plan that respects your baby’s age, temperament, and your family’s comfort level, so you stay present and responsive throughout the process.
No. Traditional “cry it out” methods involve leaving a baby alone until they fall asleep, which is not what we do. With the Sleep Sense™ approach you’ll offer comfort and reassurance while gradually helping your baby learn independent sleep skills.
Not at all. Your bond is built through the love and care you give every day. Teaching your baby to sleep well often strengthens your relationship — because you’re both more rested.
Crying is how babies express frustration with change, so some tears are normal. You’ll always respond in a way that’s loving and consistent. The goal isn’t to ignore your baby — it’s to guide them as they learn a new skill with your support.
Most babies are ready around 4–6 months. At this stage, they can start learning self-soothing and independent sleep skills, settling back to sleep on their own without relying on rocking, feeding, or being held. Babies younger than 4 months usually aren’t developmentally ready for structured sleep training.
Yes. Night feeds can continue as needed, and we’ll create a plan that balances nutrition with teaching independent sleep skills.
Absolutely. Nap routines are part of the plan — consistency during the day supports better night sleep and overall rest.
Sleep training can succeed in shared rooms or while travelling. I’ll give you practical adjustments for your space, plus tips for hotels, jet lag, and maintaining routines on the go.
Every baby is unique, but many families notice significant improvements within about two weeks—sometimes sooner when the plan is followed consistently.
