What Makes BurrowLittles Different

Most sleep consultants monitor your baby's progress and respond when you reach out. I do something more.

Every morning, I review your baby's full day and night from the day before, including all naps and overnight sleep, and proactively reach out to you with personalised feedback and any adjustments we need to make. Before you've had a chance to wonder what went wrong or what to try differently, I'm already on it.

You won't need to figure things out on your own or wait until something feels off. Throughout your entire program, I'm watching your baby's sleep closely every single day so we can respond quickly, stay on track, and keep moving forward together.

This daily proactive feedback is what sets BurrowLittles apart, and it's at the heart of what I offer.

Who This Program is For

This program is for you if:

  • Your baby is between 4 and 23 months
  • You're ready to commit to a structured 3-week process
  • You want someone actively watching over your baby's progress every single day, not just responding when things go wrong
  • You've tried figuring it out on your own and it hasn't worked
  • You want a plan that fits your baby, your parenting style, and your family's life — not a generic approach

Every baby is unique. Before we begin, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire so I can understand your baby’s needs and create a plan tailored specifically to your family.

Personalised Sleep Plan

Based on your responses, I craft a fully customised sleep plan built around your baby, your parenting approach and your family's lifestyle. No generic templates or one-size-fits-all approach.

We walk through your sleep plan together in detail so you feel completely prepared and confident before your first night. We'll also review your baby's sleep environment and address any questions you have.

Daily Sleep Log Review and Proactive Feedback

Every morning throughout your 3-week program, I review your baby's full sleep log from the previous day and night and proactively reach out with personalised feedback and any adjustments we need to make, so you’re never left wondering what to do next.

You'll have unlimited support via WhatsApp, email, and phone during working hours throughout your three full weeks to troubleshoot any challenges along the way.

Frequently Asked Questions

Sleep training can feel challenging, and it’s normal to have doubts. Below are answers to the questions I hear most from parents considering infant sleep consulting. If your question isn’t listed, you can always book a free discovery call to chat directly.

What is the Sleep Sense™ approach, and how will you use it with my baby?

The Sleep Sense™ program is a gentle, evidence-based method that teaches babies to fall asleep independently while keeping parents closely involved. I’ll work with you to create a plan that respects your baby’s age, temperament, and your family’s comfort level, so you stay present and responsive throughout the process.

Is sleep training the same as "cry it out"?

No. Traditional “cry it out” methods involve leaving a baby alone until they fall asleep, which is not what we do. With the Sleep Sense™ approach you’ll offer comfort and reassurance while gradually helping your baby learn independent sleep skills.

Will sleep training harm my bond with my baby?

Not at all. Your bond is built through the love and care you give every day. Teaching your baby to sleep well often strengthens your relationship — because you’re both more rested.

Will my baby cry during sleep training?

Crying is how babies express frustration with change, so some tears are normal. You’ll always respond in a way that’s loving and consistent. The goal isn’t to ignore your baby — it’s to guide them as they learn a new skill with your support.

At what age can I start formal sleep training?

Most babies are ready around 4–6 months. At this stage, they can start learning self-soothing and independent sleep skills, settling back to sleep on their own without relying on rocking, feeding, or being held. Babies younger than 4 months usually aren’t developmentally ready for structured sleep training.

Can sleep training work if my baby still breastfeeds at night?

Yes. Night feeds can continue as needed, and we’ll create a plan that balances nutrition with teaching independent sleep skills.

What about naps? Do you train for those too?

Absolutely. Nap routines are part of the plan — consistency during the day supports better night sleep and overall rest.

How does the plan work if we room-share or travel?

Sleep training can succeed in shared rooms or while travelling. I’ll give you practical adjustments for your space, plus tips for hotels, jet lag, and maintaining routines on the go.

How long does sleep training usually take?

Every baby is unique, but many families notice significant improvements within about two weeks—sometimes sooner when the plan is followed consistently.
