Sleep Assessment Questionnaire
Every baby is unique. You’ll complete a short questionnaire about your newborn’s age, weight, and current sleep habits. This helps us understand your little one and tailor every recommendation specifically to them.
Personalised Sleep Plan
The Sleep Plan is designed around your baby’s temperament and includes a daily routine to help your newborn settle and nap predictably, along with techniques to teach independent sleep without relying on props.
One-on-One Virtual Consultation
In a 1–2 hour session, we’ll review the Sleep Plan in detail, customise it further based on your child’s personality, and provide practical advice on your baby’s sleep environment to create a safe, sleep-friendly space.
2 Weeks of Support
From the first night of implementing the Sleep Plan, you’ll have unlimited phone, email, and message support during working hours to ensure smooth progress and clarity every step of the way.
Long-Term Sleep Strategies
You’ll receive guidance to maintain healthy sleep habits as your child develops, including nap transitions, travel and jet lag strategies, teething, introduction of solids, and tips for preventing sleep regressions.
Complimentary Follow-Up Call
Within two months of completing the support period, you are welcome to schedule a 30-minute phone call to answer questions, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure your baby remains on track with healthy sleep habits.
